How to Order
If you wish to purchase a product, please click the "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" button on each product page, enter the required information, and follow the instructions.

About payment
You can choose from the following three methods of payment for products.
Please specify when you place your order.
(1) Bank transfer
Please make a bank transfer to the designated account within 7 days of placing your order. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
(2) Cash on Delivery
Please pay for your order when you receive it from Yamato Transport. The customer is responsible for the cash on delivery fee of 330 yen (tax included).
(3) Credit Card Payment
Please enter the necessary information when placing an order. The credit card number and other information is encrypted (SSL) when it is entered and sent, so it can be used safely. The following credit cards are accepted.
(VISA, MASTER, Diners, American Express, JCB)
Shipping
You can choose from the following two delivery methods. Please specify when you place your order.
(1) Yamato Transport
The shipping fee is a flat rate of 880 yen (tax included). If you wish to pay by cash on delivery, we will ship your order after the next business day. If you wish to pay by bank transfer or credit card, we will ship your order on or after the next business day after we confirm your payment. Please note that we do not ship on regular holidays (Sundays and national holidays) and temporary holidays. If you would like to specify a delivery date or time, please let us know when you place your order. If you wish to specify the arrival date and time, please indicate it when you place your order. You can specify the time in the following time slots.

In-store pickup
If you wish, you can pick up your work at our store. Please come to our store during our business hours.
Payment can be made in cash or by credit card at the store.

Return policy
