Mr. Shintaro Uchimura is a ceramic artist who is attracting attention not only from fans of contemporary ceramics, but also from many antique and antiquarian fans.
He is well versed in old pottery including ancient Karatsu, Yi dynasty, and Koryo tea bowls, and many of his works that reproduce the original poems of each of them are as good as the original poems.
The works introduced this time are also of excellent quality from the latest kiln cooking, and although there are only a few teacups and jugs, they all have a sense of antiquity.
